A cushioned Pilates mat about 3 cm thick, made to your size: three layers of wool batting in an organic cotton case, with a removable washable cover. Kind to knees and spine during floor work.
Composition (as stated by the maker): 100% natural wool batting filling, inner case 100% organic cotton; cover of your choice: 100% organic cotton, 100% linen or 100% virgin wool.
Size: custom length and width.
Care: machine wash the cover; air the wool insert in the sun now and then.
Good for: Pilates, stretching, gentle yoga and meditation.
